Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations

  • Reservations are recommended but not mandatory. Walk-ins are subject to table availability.

  • A reservation may be held for up to 15 minutes past the booked time; late arrivals may result in the table being released.

2. Cancellations

  • For reservations of 6 or more people, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in the case of a no-show, a $25 fee per person will be charged.

  • For smaller parties, we appreciate advance notice for cancellations, though no fee will be charged.

3. Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • Guests are encouraged to inform the staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of reservation or ordering.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are free of allergens.

4. Payment Terms

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment options.

  • Prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges as mentioned.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for dine-in services are provided only in cases of genuine issues with food quality or service.

  • For event bookings, refunds depend on the cancellation policy agreed upon during booking.

6. Outside Food and Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.

7. Behavior and Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other patrons.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if they exhibit inappropriate behavior.

8. Event Bookings

  • Event bookings require a deposit to confirm the reservation.

  • Any changes or cancellations to event bookings must be communicated as per the terms in the event agreement.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during reservations or online orders will be handled per our privacy policy.

  • We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.

10. Liability

  • The restaurant is not liable for personal belongings left behind or for any injuries incurred due to negligence.

11. Photography and Social Media

  • Photography for personal use is permitted; however, professional photography or video recording requires prior approval.

  • By dining with us, guests consent to the potential use of images for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise.

12. Amendments to Terms

  • The restaurant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Guests are encouraged to review the terms periodically for updates.
